Curious about what road improvements are happening around town? Want to know what’s coming next and how it may impact your daily commute? We’ve got you covered!
The City of Kyle is hosting a 2022 Road Bond Program Community Open House on Wednesday, February 25, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Kyle Public Library, 550 Scott Street.
This is your chance to get an up-close look at current and upcoming projects funded through the 2022 Road Bond Program, including the Windy Hill Road, Bunton Creek Road, and Old Stagecoach Road projects which are all expected to begin construction in spring 2026.

From intersection improvements to realignment, these projects are designed to improve mobility, strengthen our transportation network, and enhance quality of life across Kyle.
We’ll also be sharing updates on additional initiatives, including the Blanco Street sidewalk improvements — an important project focused on pedestrian safety and accessibility.
The open house will follow a relaxed, come-and-go format, so feel free to drop in anytime between 6 and 8 p.m. There won’t be a formal presentation, which means you can explore at your own pace.
City staff and project engineers will be available throughout the evening to share information, answer questions, and discuss how these investments are improving mobility, strengthening infrastructure, and enhancing quality of life in Kyle.
This is a great opportunity to have one-on-one conversations and get clarity about projects happening near you.
Kyle continues to grow, and with that growth comes the need for thoughtful infrastructure planning. The 2022 Road Bond Program represents a strategic investment in our community’s future — helping reduce congestion, improve safety, and support long-term development.
The event is free and open to the public. Bring your questions, bring a neighbor, and come see what’s ahead for Kyle’s roadways.
We hope to see you there!
