If you live in Kyle, chances are you’ve got that one spot you try to avoid when you’re behind the wheel. Maybe it’s a traffic backup near the school, an intersection that needs some love, or a stretch of road where sidewalks just vanish. You’re not alone — and we’re all feeling the growing pains that come with being one of the fastest-growing cities in Texas.
The good news? We’re working on it!
We’re currently in the process of building the 2026 Kyle Mobility Plan (aka KMP 2026) — a refreshed look at how we move around town and how we can do it better over the next 10 years. From easing congestion and boosting accessibility to making sure you can bike or walk safely, it’s all on the table. But here’s the thing: we can’t make the plan without your help.
Got five minutes? Head to CityofKyle.com/MobilityPlan and take our quick survey. Even better, drop some pins on the interactive map and tell us exactly where the trouble spots are. Traffic backups? Sidewalk gaps? That one intersection that turns into a headache during rush hour? We want to hear it all.
This is your chance to help shape the future of transportation in Kyle — not just for today, but for the years to come. So go ahead, spill the tea on Kyle’s roughest roads. The survey and map are open through Friday, August 29.
Let’s get moving — together.
