Kyle Water Utilities customers now have a new way to view and better understand their water use.
Introducing Kyle WaterSmart, a free online portal that gives customers access to more detailed water-use information from the City’s smart water meter system. Customers can use the portal to view usage by month, week, day and hour, set leak alerts and learn more about their water-use patterns.
To sign up and create an account for your home, visit CityofKyle.gov/WaterSmart.
Kyle WaterSmart is designed to make water information easier to see and easier to use. Instead of only seeing overall usage, customers can look more closely at when water is being used and notice changes over time.
Connected to Kyle’s Smart Meters
The portal is part of the City’s smart water meter system, also known as Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI), which replaced traditional analog water meters in 2025 with digital meters that can provide more frequent water-use information.
Those meters help make the Kyle WaterSmart portal possible by giving customers access to more detailed information about their water use.
